Diálogo entre Arquitectura y Paisaje Urbano

Nara se presenta como una propuesta residencial de vanguardia en Reparto Panorama, Santiago de los Caballeros. Con una imponente volumetría de 16 niveles, esta torre materializa la convergencia entre el rigor de la arquitectura contemporánea y la vitalidad del entorno natural que la rodea.

El Concepto

Bajo la dirección creativa del Arq. Miguel Marte, el diseño se fundamenta en la pureza de líneas y la articulación geométrica. El edificio se distingue por sus dos esquinas opuestas chaflanadas, un gesto arquitectónico que suaviza la transición visual y otorga una identidad esbelta y elegante al conjunto, permitiendo una percepción dinámica desde distintos puntos de la ciudad.

Fachada y Continuidad

La piel del edificio se define por un sistema de amplios balcones que funcionan como una extensión orgánica del espacio habitable. Esta disposición no solo aporta una continuidad rítmica a la fachada, sino que garantiza visuales abiertas y una relación fluida entre el interior y el contexto urbano, priorizando siempre el confort del residente.

Integración Paisajística

Como elemento distintivo, se ha integrado estratégicamente un muro verde que actúa como un puente biofílico. Este elemento extiende visualmente el parque colindante hacia la estructura, reforzando la conexión intrínseca entre paisaje y arquitectura, y promoviendo una integración armónica con el entorno.

The Concept

Under the creative direction of Architect Miguel Marte, the design is built upon clean lines and geometric articulation. The building is distinguished by its two opposite chamfered corners, an architectural gesture that softens the visual transition and creates a slender, elegant identity, allowing for a dynamic perception from various vantage points in the city.

Facade and Continuity

The building’s envelope is defined by a system of expansive balconies that serve as an organic extension of the living space. This layout provides rhythmic continuity to the facade while ensuring unobstructed views and a fluid relationship between the interior and the urban context, always prioritizing resident comfort.

Landscape Integration

A defining feature of the project is the strategically integrated green wall, which functions as a biophilic bridge. This element visually pulls the adjacent park into the structure, reinforcing the intrinsic connection between landscape and architecture while promoting a harmonious integration with the environment.
